Product Details

Our luxuriously soft beach towels are made from brushed microfiber with a 100% cotton back for extra absorption.   The top of the towel has the image printed on it, and the back is white cotton.   Our beach towels are available in two different sizes: beach towel (32" x 64") and beach sheet (37" x 74").

Don't let the fancy name confuse you... a beach sheet is just a large beach towel.

Artist's Description

This piece came from a place of frustration. It started out as something entirely different. It was dense with color and an experiment that I had tried failed completely. However, I liked the colors that I had chosen. Then I asked the question ‘Where do I go next?’. I couldn’t throw it away. There was far too much in on the paper to try to wipe off. It would have been a monumental mess of grand proportions. I started thinking about my question again ‘where do I go next?’ and started heading towards that. I started creating patches of white space by using isopropyl alcohol to remove ink from areas. I started going in four directions with it. Before I knew it, I had a piece that is pulling the eye in those different directions. It took me a couple of days of working off and on with it. I still wasn’t sure about it. I took a picture of it and asked a few people what they thought of it. I had been way too close to it and had lost perspective and direction. A lot of folks really...

About KC Pollak

KC Pollak

I have been an artist all my life, ever since I could hold a pencil. I have always loved to draw and paint. My styles have varied over the years from realism to abstract and everything in between. The mediums I most enjoy working with are: oil, prismacolor, charcoal, graphite, watercolor, pen & ink, alcohol ink, and acrylic. Currently I am experiencing a mammoth amount of creative freedom working on abstract art. In 2013 I donated one of my kidneys to a young woman who had only been born with one very diseased kidney. Since then she has been thriving and going to college and living her life. I consider this such a privilege and i'm so happy I was a match for her. I have lived all over the country. I primarily grew up in Woodland...
