Artist's Description

Horizon Lost is a companion to Horizon. This is a lost horizon and … where do you go from here? Which direction, how far in or up our out or around? I’m fascinated by quantum physics and the possibilities there. I can’t even begin to understand it but I want to. So I try to make art that delves into the imagination of it. I also love the new imagery coming in from the James Webb telescope too. The contrast between it and the Hubble telescope are astounding! The universe is so much more colorful and fascinating now than ever. Imagine in 20 years what we will see! I’m getting off topic here. Suffice it to say that I try to create art that explores my imagination. Even then I can’t even begin to create things that I really want to. I try and try. I will keep trying. Thank you so much for taking a look at my art. It means the world (and universe) to me!

About KC Pollak

KC Pollak

I have been an artist all my life, ever since I could hold a pencil. I have always loved to draw and paint. My styles have varied over the years from realism to abstract and everything in between. The mediums I most enjoy working with are: oil, prismacolor, charcoal, graphite, watercolor, pen & ink, alcohol ink, and acrylic. Since then she has been thriving and going to college and living her life. I consider this such a privilege and i'm so happy I was a match for her. I have lived all over the country. I primarily grew up in Woodland...
